Science EXPOsed 2007 | Discover the Secrets of Science

Science EXPOsed is a free two-day event for Year 8 & 9 students to explore the latest in science and technology and learn more about careers in science.

This annual event has been running since 2004 and gets bigger and better each year. More than 1600 school students attend the event which is held at key Macquarie Street historic landmarks in Sydney's CBD District.

Science EXPOsed introduces students to the myriad of possibilities of a career in science as well as uncovering the truth that science can be fun, cool, inspiring and it can change the world!

The event features a wide selection of interactive exhibits, workshops, science shows, panel discussions and competitions for students to participate in. There are also many hands-on experiments such as learning how to solve crimes using DNA and forensic evidence, exploring the wonders of cryogenics, creating electronic circuits and exploring the wonders of science in movies from blue screen to 3D technology.

Science EXPOsed 2008 will be held on Thursday, 23 October and Friday, 24 October 2008 at Parliament House, The Mint and Hyde Park Barracks on Macquarie Street, Sydney.
