Supported by the NSW Government, this Network brings together leading researchers, clinicians and advocates across Australia and New Zealand to accelerate the spinal research effort through national and international collaborations and build local capacity to undertake multi-centred clinical trials in this field.

Currently in the process of incorporation, the Network is seeking a CEO to provide strategic leadership in the start-up phase, with proven high-level skills in:
• Corporate governance, operational, business and financial management
• Engaging multiple internal and external research stakeholders

Key accountabilities will be to finalise establishment of the Network, including recruitment of Board members and staff, establishment of Working Committees, and to commence roll-out of the Network’s operational plans.

A competitive salary will be negotiated for this Sydney-based position (initial six month contract, after which the Board may decide to confirm the appointment).
